    4. Program(s) means Digital Media Academy education and training programs, camps, activities, and events conducted by IFA;

    5. Responsible Adult means an adult Participant or an Adult custodial parent or authorized legal guardian of a Participant under the age of 18;

    6. You, Your or Their means the person accessing the IFA Website, Your agents and Your and their employers and each of their related bodies corporate, and any of their respective employees;

    7. Your Personal Information includes the Personal Information of a Participant that You as the Responsible Adult of that Participant discloses to Us or which a third party (such as a medical practitioner) has disclosed to us.

  3. We understand the importance of protecting Your Personal Information and We are committed to the protection of Your Personal Information.

This Privacy Statement describes how We collect and use Your Personal Information, who We share it with, and Your choices and rights in relation to Your Personal Information. It applies to Personal Information that We collect from You or a Participant in relation to whom you are the Responsible Adult during Your interactions with Us, whether online, including through the IFA Website (including mobile sites and mobile applications) and social media sites (the IFA Website and social media sites collectively are referred to in this Privacy Statement as Sites), that link to or are referred to in this Privacy Statement, in writing or orally, or personal data that We may collect offline or receive from third parties.
